What areas do you serve?
We're based in Rhode Island and serve Providence and towns statewide, plus regional New England trips by quote. Interstate cargo van trips are launching soon.
How much does a delivery cost?
Rates on request. Pricing depends on distance, timing (scheduled, same-day, rush), stops, wait time and handling. Request a quote and we'll reply with a clear price.
Can you carry lab specimens and pharmacy orders?
Yes, that's a core service. We follow your facility's packaging, labeling and hand-off rules. Tell us about temperature needs in your request and we'll confirm what we can support.
Should I include patient information?
No. Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, record numbers or any health information. Container IDs and facility details are all we need.
Can I track my delivery online?
Use the tracking link from your confirmation, or enter your job ID (like IE-2047) on Track a delivery. Both open in the IXpress app. Your courier also sends updates at pickup and drop-off.
Do you take broker or load-board freight?
